Marriage
Ahavah is here to help you cultivate a healthy and strong marriage and family. Our desire is to equip marriages with a solid foundation so they can flourish and transform neighborhoods, communities, and future generations.
Whether you’re preparing for marriage, blending a family, enriching your marriage, struggling through a crisis in your marriage, or trying to figure out how to raise godly kids, we have something for every season.
If your marriage is struggling or in crisis, we want to help! Please complete the care request form and give us a little information so we can best serve you.
Care request form
Ahavah Care is here to provide ministry and assistance to individuals and families that call Ahavah Christian Fellowship home. Ahavah desires to come walk beside you if you are struggling with sickness or disease, in the midst of the passing of a loved one, needing individual, pre-marriage, marriage or family counsel from a Christ-centered perspective. If you desire Ahavah’s presence with you in any of these physical, spiritual, emotional, relational or financial situations – please fill out our Ministry Questionnaire. Once this is submitted, someone from the Care Team will respond to your request.
Note: (Biblical counselling methods are brief and will focus on solutions through biblical principles. It is the role of the biblical counsellor to help the member understand the dynamics of their situation, the power of God in their lives, and to assist them in using their particular strengths to address these issues.
Regarding the nature of biblical counselling: As you talk about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, we will work together as partners to gain the understanding and insight necessary for change to occur. As a Christian, the Bible and the Holy Spirit are our guides. Any goals for counselling and/or decisions you make to facilitate change are ultimately up to you.
This is a church-based ministry of Ahavah Christian Fellowship providing biblical counsel and prayer in individual and group settings. Our ministry is done by pastoral staff and lay-ministers herein referred to as “Ministers.” These individuals are not licensed as professional counsellors or psychologists because they perform spiritual and biblical ministry and not secular or psychological counselling. If it becomes apparent that professional counselling may better address the member’s needs, the minister will immediately initiate an outside referral to a licensed professional counsellor or psychologist.
